Executive
Kyle China, BCBA
Kyle has 20 years’ experience working with both adults and children diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Delaware and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University. Early in his career, Kyle was a one-to-one support staff who went on to become a behavior specialist consultant in 2007. Kyle has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2010 and specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and the remediation of social, language, and life skills deficits as well as the treatment of challenging behavior. Kyle believes participation in fulfilling and motivating activities is the key to learning new skills and habits and living a happy, healthy life.

Sarah Bartholomew
Sarah has worked in the field of intellectual development, autism, and mental health since 2003 and has found it to be a rewarding career and fulfilling life experience. In her 19 years in the field, she has worked as a Residential Support Staff, Lead Staff, Program Director, Crisis Worker, and finally Home and Community Program Manager. Through her work experience and on-going education and training, she has become the leader she continues to be today. Sarah’s motto has been “My door is always open”, which gives those we provide services to, and the staff she manages, the understanding that she is approachable and responsive to their needs. Sarah’s goal is to help Prosocial Services LLC build a high-quality and cutting edge community integration program.
